Amy Swerlin

Amy Swerdlin has been dabbling with horses since she was 8 years old. In 2000, she decided to focus her riding on dressage and since that time has become one of the top amateur riders in the Wellington circuit. Through the years she has received her USDF bronze, silver and gold medals. In addition, Amy has won several regional championships and placed nationally in Horse of the Year and All-Breed standings. Currently she trains with Juan Matute and is showing her Hanoverian, Epikur, at the Grand Prix Level as well as her new 4 year old Oldenburg mare, Scholastica at Training Level. Recently, Amy expanded her dressage interests into breeding. She is anxiously waiting for 2012 when her first crop of premium foals will be old enough to begin their training. Amy is married to Dr. Scott Swerdlin, President of Palm Beach Equine Clinic.

Amy’s main focus is to make sure that all of PBESC client’s have an exceptional training experience through her daily on-site management of the facility. She expects only the best for her horses and wants to provide that piece of mind for all patrons of the Sports Complex.
